Users not receiving Email – AOL

    2 people I personally know, tried signing up to my website, and have still not received *activation emails* Both members use *AOL*

    It seems people that use other email addresses, were able to sign up fine; But both AOL members haven’t received the confirmation

    One person has tried signing up on my website a few times now. Does anyone know what is causing this? Or how to fix it?

    Either client side spam filters, or one of the mail servers between the hosts refusing to deliver it.

    WPMU deals with all the email sending, so I suggest you do a search on their forums to see if anyone has came across this specific issue before.
