“View This Conversation” button is redirecting to a changed URL path

When I hover over the button, it shows a link in the bottom left corner of the screen, which is okay: here is the screenshot
But when I click on the button, it redirects me to a page which doesn’t exist at all- shows a 404 error page. Screenshot: See how the URL slug is being changed
It was changing the slug from default “bohubrihi.com/activity/” to changed “bohubrihi.com/purchase-courses/”… I deleted the “Purchase Courses” page and now it is changing the slug to “bohubrihi.com/password/”
How can I fix this bug?
