You’re using an old version of the Custom Community theme per source view check – it’s version 1.16 of the theme. Current Custom Community version is 1.91, you need to upgrade your theme.
I cant find the newest version? Could you help me?

@ughbrandon my apologies, you have the latest version. I missed the point in version check, need glasses already. Please go to Appearance > Widgets and check that you haven’t placed two login widgets in one sidebar.
