Weird templating issue with buddypress template pack plugin

First off all of these plugins are simply amazing. i will be donating to show my appreciation.
Anyways, I have installed the plugin and edited my css etc but I am having my sidebar that is generated pushed off to the left of the page and yet the footer is in the correct place. I have had no luck trying to figure out why it is doing that. I tried deleting the php include for the sidebar for the activity index.php template but that did not make it go away. I am unsure what to do next. I apologize for any ignorance on my part. I am a total noob to buddypress. Thanks in advance
