What about README translation ?

BP is still well translated for many countries. But what is done with README files ?
Where can i put my translated README’s ? I actually have a README ready for bp-themes in french.
Good explanations for a crucial point during a first install, probably often done before the new user know about translated version. And even in this case, he finally find an english README…
For ex., it is written helpfull links ( means he can find help on this forum). Not cool at all.
1) he cannot read this
2) he does not come here
Both for the same reason…and same little file.
