BuddyPress.org

I would like to use BuddyPress for my staff in a veterinary practice.

I’m trying to get in the 21st century and need a theme to use or maybe just use the plugin on my current site. This is for a veterinary business.

I need:
1. a communications log/blog (I’m still in the dark ages using dos ccMail)
2. a place for my employee manual
3. a place for my training materials (procedure manual)
4. a place to put the work schedule which is created every 2 weeks in a Timeclock program

I don’t mind buying a theme.

I already have a wp website so if I can just use the Buddypress plugin on that and have it so I can assign passwords to staff members without messing up my current site I would like to know that too.
