I have an issue on the mobile side of things on Safari, when trying to upload a profile picture, the area to touch isn’t the actual button displayed on screen.

I know it’s down to my theme, but want to know what version of javascript I should use. The one in my theme is 1.10.2 (got this from my theme’s support) and I just want to use a newer version to try and get rid of this issue.

Couldn’t find anything explicit, but happen to enqueue a version that will work, and do the least damage to my theme.
