where are the instructions?

I am still learning how to use buddy press and need to send an email to specific groups. I want to create an invitation and then send it. Are there step by step instructions on how to accomplish this? I would go read the manual or how to instructions of help file but cannot find one. I must do this today please help!

Hi,

by default, to invite users to join a group witch you are the admin, you must first have friends. Once they accepted friendship, you can invite them from the friends list who appear when you click on “invite” on the group menu.

But perhaps you may prefer this plugin: https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/invite-anyone/

Hi, Thank you for the response Chouf1. I have the plug in in-vite anyone but I need to send notification emails to people who are already in the groups for meeting etc. Do you or anyone know how to go about doing this? I do not seem to have away to send the message to all of those in the group. I would really appreciate assistance. Thank you.
