Where can I find users who do not approve?

I have a spam attack on my website. opened a lot of accounts. And almost all of them didn’t approve.
“activation link” is sent to the mail addresses of users who are members of the website.
where can I find users who don’t click on this link? I want to delete them.I’ve tried a few plugins. but it didn’t work.

unfortunately there is nothing here.
I have a virus on my site. I haven’t figured that out yet. Every minute a member comes. they are all fake members.
There are currently 3120 members on the site!
but there are actually 341 members on my site.
I just checked. and it shows “0” for all members.
