Where is the Blog button?

Hi,
On the top bar that comes with BuddyPress, I can’t see “Blog” button – so I have no idea how users can blog on the site that has BuddyPress installed. WPMU DEV Manual clearly shows in its instructions blog button as you can see here:http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/the-buddypress-manual-2/about-the-buddypress-admin-bar/
but I can’t see it anywhere. Is there a setting that I need to turn on for this to appear?
