Does BP create a login page or must I create one? If I must create… HOW?

Having trouble with login widgets and tools, in general…

BP Default theme has Log In widget on right sidebar as seen in http://testbp.org/
In any case, unless you have a plugin that redirects login to front page, you can always go to either http://yoursite.com/wp-login.php or http://yoursite.com/wp-admin

Well, I am using Sliding Door theme… is there a way to add this BP login widget to my theme? I do not want users to be able to go into any part of the backend of WP, but remain within BP.
