hi, can someone please help me out, i cant find anything like user-header.php, have looked at Bp default theme, but can found it. i want to put change your Avatar link on mouse over at user profile Avatar .

Hi, thanks for your reply, what i have on my theme is members-loop.php. can i still copy the above member-header.php to my theme folder ever if i have members-loop.php there. i am still using buddypress 1.2.7

Sure you can. members-loop.php does co-exist with member-header.php

Just remember to follow the directory structure which means that your member-header.php will be copied over like so –
wp-content/themes/yourchildthemefolder/members/single/member-header.php
