Which php pages does BuddyPress use as a ‘master page’?

Hi guys

I’ve so far styled the home page for my BuddyPress site, but when I go to the Members section, as an example, the menu is sitting below the content, etc.

What page should I check out? index.php, page.php?
I did alter some of the CSS – changing global p tags, HR’s, etc, but I’m not sure how much of an impact this will have.

Any help would be appreciated.

My theme is lying in the WordPress content/wp-themes directory, using it’s own .css file and pages.
