Widget sidebar content preview

I need help with the following: I would like my blog sidebar widgets (members, groups, activity) to display a member, current group and entry) but clicking on them redirects to the log in / registration page. In other words, I want to give a current preview to unregistered users to encourage them to register on the site. Thank you!

Thanks Varun. The BP Lock Plugin was a great solution and very easy to implement.
