Widgets not place in root do not work correctly

I wonder, if somebody could tell me if that is a bug or just not a functionality…

In my opinion the BP-Widgets should work even if they are not placed in the root-blog – because everyone can place it in their blog.

    Here what I experience:

When I place the member- or the group-widget NOT in the root-blog (example http://testdomain.com) the Ajax seems to go crazy…

When I click on newest/active/popular it then tries to jump (per expample) http://blog.testdomain.com/members, where it doesn’t find it.

Same with the sidewide-activity-widget: The rss doesn’t work (see wrong link above), when not placed in the root.

    Any answers to that?

    THANKS!

I’d say it is not a functionality.

This is most likely a bug. Log it in the trac for us now if you would be so kind. If I remember correctly, this used to work just fine.

I ALready created a ticket (although my english is bad and I not enough of a programmer to narrow down the problem…):
