Widgets not showing on profiles and forums

I’ve been banging my head against a wall about this for a while. I have 4 footer widgets which show up fine in the members directory (thesojo.net/members/) and all groups pages but will not show on any users profile or the forums. (thesojo.net/forums/ thesojo.net/members/jesse)
I’m really just trying to understand why certain bp pages will show the widgets while others will not.
