WordPress MU????

    Hi all

    I want to use buddypress as a social networking site for people who do yoga. I’m not sure any members will want the functionality of wordpress mu e.g. have their own blogs etc. Will buddypress still run if I don’t use all the features of wordpress mu?? Also can I use standard wordpress to support it??

    BP is not yet support standalone wordpress, when you implement your site with MU, you can simply disable blog registering for individuals and remove the “Create blog” option in usermenu with some tick.

    If you want something less you could give Mingle a try, it works on WPSA (Stand alone).
