WP Admin Bar Not Showing

All latest versions of WP, BP, and bbP are installed and being used.

Hello,

Settings are elected to have my WP Admin Bar display on the website for non-logged in users. However, it is not working.

In addition, when logged in, the WP Admin Bar displays for Admin’s only. It does not display for others users who are not Admin level.

I’ve already double checked all settings to ensure it is elected for display, and I’ve turn on/off all plugins to vet if one is causing the problem. No luck.

Any suggestions?
