hello community,

i am setting up a wp + bp-site (4.0, 2.1, theme: generate press), where users have xprofile pages and can edit their profile info, including their account email address and password, directly on the xprofile site. now, when a user wants to change his/her account email address, the following happens: buddypress asks for an activation link to be sent to the OLD email address and waits for the activation, but in fact the activation link is sent to the NEW mail address, resulting in an unsolvable conflict.
if i change the mail address in them wp-backend directly, no problem occurs.

help highly appreciated.
