Do you have multisite enabled? That’s what powers the blogs portion.

@pryse @pryse budypress.og does not se multisite fo rthe groups and forums.
multisite = separate blogs. blogs are a collection of blog posts. One post is not a ”blog”.
Here on bp.org, there is one wordpress install running buddypress. The blog is one wropress blog. The groups and forums are what is in the buddypress forums.

White screens are php errors. Check your error logs, they tell you exactly what is wrong. or turn on debug.

Just to be perfectly clear, having multiple blogs is a feature built in to WordPress itself, not BuddyPress.
BP just shows them if they are there. -

if you go to yoursite.com/register/ you should see it. if not, your registrations are OFF.

Is there any way to change where the “Courseware” menu item links to? In my case, I need it to go straight to the assignments page.
I’m willing to hack it, I just need to know where.

Did you turn on registrations? Under Settings in the admin area.

You filled n the wrong values. Basically what you put there will never work. On any theme.
