can anyone provide direction on how to insert new phpbb forum posts into the activity feed? I was thinking of connecting directly to phpDB_posts and pulling the post data, perhaps with a CRON job. This is an old thread but I didn’t see the solution that worked for me so here goes: Pretty simple really – when I upgraded BP I had the above issue where all BP pages (groups, activity) etc were redirecting to the homepage. Hey @r-a-y, I’ve started going down the PHP page route but I’m having difficulty passing multiple filters into the call. Here’s what I have so far:

if ( bp_has_activities( ‘object=groups’, ‘primary_id=2′) ) : bp_the_activity();

but I’m getting an unexpected $end error. Using just 1 variable seems to work fine but the second breaks it. Thoughts?

Try “registered users 2″ ( http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/registered-users-only-2/ ). It is compatible with MU and buddypress. I use it for one of my sites. “Authenticate” looks like it is very very old (only tested compatible up to wp 2.5.2)

can you post a link to your site? Also double-check to make sure admin panel > settings > general > “anyone can register” is checked just in case.
