Registration page stuck in a look

    Hello!

    I’m currently using:

    Wordpress: 3.6
    Buddypress: 1.8.1
    Bbpress: 2.3.2

    http://www.thegamejar.com

I’m hoping someone can help. I’ve recently installed the latest updates for all three above, when the new WordPress update launched. I also updated our theme files:

    Theme: http://themeforest.net/item/score-review-wordpress-buddypress-theme/703127?WT.ac=search_item&WT.seg_1=search_item&WT.z_author=GhostPool

Before the update, our registration page seemed to be working fine, but now it seems to be stuck in a loop, with minimal input fields. When you try to register and click submit, it should take you to the verification code page, and send an email with the code, but instead it refreshes the registration page with all fields empty.

This is a big issue for us, as we only launched our bbpress forums a couple of weeks ago. I’ve tried all manner of things within the settings, but as my php knowledge is somewhat limited, I can’t seem to work it out.

Is this an issue others are experiencing, or is this specific to my theme/bbpress/buddypress clashing?

Thankyou in advance for any help 🙂

I seem to have the same issue. disabled all plugins and switched my theme to Twenty Twelve disabled and re-enabled buddypress. issue still persists

I think we managed to resolve this. There were too many registration pages trying to work together with buddypress, theme etc.

Solution: Try deleting the register.php from your theme files. Obviously save a backup incase it doesn’t work for you.
