Activity stream post update does not show. But when I refresh page, it shows.

The title says it all. I did do a search, but did not find my problem.

I am at my activity stream and when I type something in and click “post update” nothing happens.
If I hit f5 to refresh – the content is there.

Still awaiting assistance.
