{Resolved} WP 3.3 update caused the admin area to be formatted by the front end’s style sheet
-
http://www.ratest3.com/WP-Admin.png Figured a picture is worth 50 words. This only happens in the admin area on the actual screens to edit an individual page or post.
The site was WP 3.2, upgraded to 3.3 and I’m pretty sure this is when the change happened.
I changed out to 2010 theme and it doesn’t do this. I changed to the default BP theme and it does do this (with the BP default theme’s css of course). The theme in question is a buddypress theme ‘fake name’ (modified of course) http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/bp-fakename/ . And yes, I’ve tried to ask for help (over at wordpress.org) from the theme developer with no reply.
And in an effort to do trouble shooting I viewed the source code for the screens/pages in question and I figured out where this is coming from. in the code – but not where it is being inserted into the code from.
The front end’s style sheet is being called (down in the middle of the source code) http://pastebin.com/VLTQYbuE on line 775
Why is this being inserted into the center of the source code after the closing head tag ?!? And why the style sheet for the front end of the site? I’m going to assume Buddy Press is doing this (?)
I have also deactivated all other non-buddy press related plugins.
Thanks.
