I created a new profile field, in the admin under users, with a required check box that say the person registering has read the terms and conditions but even if the check box is checked when you hit the submit button it says field is required. Not sure what is going on, for now I have made in un-required so users can sign up but I need to make it required. My site is underthemarkets.com.
