Notify Group Members of New Topics

    I would like group members to be able to choose to be notified of new topics in their group forum. Is there an easy way to do this, or do I need to write a bbPress plugin and/or Buddypress Component?

    I agree that this is an important and needed functionality for groups. At the CUNY Academic Commons, we’ll probably wind up building this plugin if no one gets to it first.

    @mkgold: such a plugin would be a welcome and significant addition to the user-interface.
