Where would I look to change the Favorites button to my own icon (or at least my own choice of word – instead of Favorites)?

Also, would it be possible to swap the comments button (next to Favorite under Activity Feed) for just an icon (like thumbs up) so that they are not commenting just expressing a “like”. If I can keep the counter from the comment button without the comment feature, it would be fantastic.
