Hi,
How can I reinstall my BP site while keeping my members?

I have a new BP site which has around 100 members. This website is installed at the primary domain of a multisite network. I wish to reinstall BuddyPress while keeping the existing members with all their login / editing functionality in place. The reason why I want this is I have several things that I want to change in this website.

1. I want this site to be a single WP site and remove the multisite.
2. I want members to be on the root of my website, I mean http://www.my-ste.com/username
3. I want to rename wp-content folder.

Is all that I have to change above possible without reinstalling WP and BP?
