I’m having this same issue. It only happens on a sub-site in my multi-site config. It seems it is dragging the slug from one of my old posts into the URL being populated in the secondary site’s admin bar. And it isn’t on every option in the bar either. Every link under “My Account”, top level on “My Sites” and everything under “Notifications” dropdowns.
i made a test deactivate all plugins, and making different configs in domain mapping but, dont find a solution
:S
I am having a similar problem … the settings links are not working on the menu bar or from within the page. Any ideas?
We saw this in an early beta release, but no-one could recreate it. Are you all using domain mapping? Can you all share some more information about your WordPress, what plugins you have, version numbers, etc
Also:
Are you using subdirectory or subdomain multisite configuration?
Do any of you have any widgets or use short codes on the pages that cause the invalid links in the admin bar?
Are the bad admin bar links consistent across all pages and posts on your site, or does it only shown on a few? If so, which?
hi paul, give me your email, and I make a user on a test site with the issu

I may have stumbled upon the problem. It appears only to be happening on the non-root-blog. Follow https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/3622#comment:3 for details.
