Someone know there is an plugin for this? I mean, if one of my buddys write a new Post, it would be fine, if i get an email when some of my Buddys write an Post. Like post notification plugin, by writing post an Checkbox “Notify my Friends”.

I’ve never seen a plugin that can do this. This plugin hooks onto the comment action: https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/subscribe-to-comments/ So, it might be a good place to start to write a new plugin.
