Plugin to customize user area

Hi Does any know of a plugin where the user can customize the theme of there area like you can on twitter and youtube. I would like it to leave the sidebars as they are and allow the user to change the colour theme and add a background image etc to there area to make it more personal. I am using the default buddypress theme with the fishbook child theme.
