Look in your .htaccess file in your main directory (where wpconfig.php is) for the appropriate block… something like:

By the looks of it the theme isn’t compatible with buddypress. A link would have helped but I suspect it might be http://themeforest.net/item/traject-wordpress-portfolio-and-business-theme/116671 ?
You may be able to convert it yourself using the buddypress template pack ….

Try looking at the page with firefox/firebug…
(You could also use developer tools built into internet explorer 8/9 – other browsers have similar tools)
In the theme’s
style.css
– in the section after line 2347#access {
it has the following line:margin-top: 55px;
margin-top:100px;
might be a better setting. -

but you are probably better off creating your own custom language file as described in: https://codex.buddypress.org/extending-buddypress/customizing-labels-messages-and-urls/

It’s a lot easier to respond if you open a topic rather than post updates..
If you go into your account via ftp and rename or delete the /buddypress-links/ plugin directory, then wordpress will automatically disable the plugin that appears to be causing your issue and you should then be able get back into…[Read more]
