Thanks kindly for the reply. I checked rtMedia out and it’s a phenomenal plugin, clearly there’s been alot of work put into it.
The real key to what I’d like to do, is to have a visitor be able to sort/filter ALL of the site’s user-submitted photos, from a certain category. So, multiple users submitting photos to their own (public) galleries, and assigning each photo to a (pre-defined) category. At the home page level, a visitor could select from one of the categories, and see all of the photos from all users, which are assigned to that category. That’s about the only function I need that I can’t find within rtMedia.
As I think about it, I guess the functionality I’m after would be pretty similar to a normal WP blog post…but with an image taking the place of any text.
