I´m looking for the same kind of thing as Natasha but just different environment (university).
Has anybody gone further on a real case (solution) and any piece of code that might be picked up as a starter.
Thanks a lot.Andrés
Hi everybody. Has anypne made any advance on this? I´d love to make something as the example that Rlwpub2 presents but for a university, so the first set of options would be teacher / student and then particular profile options for each of them.
Thanks in advance for any help you may supply.
Andrésyou may try bowob.com – quite nice chat module – very similar to FB chat and some interesting config options.
It has both free and paid versions.
Good luckSame thing happening to me. Used to work ok on wordpress 3.0.5 and buddypress 1.2.7.
Now with 1.2.8 the exact same description is valid.
I´d be very thankful if anybody could help to solve this problem.
Hope to hear from somebody soon.
Thanks again!Unbelievably enough BuddyPress 1.2.8 still carries these bugs. Hey guys! Let´s fix it in the core BP available for download so that we can avoid fixing it each time we get an upgrade.
Thanksthanks @mercime, changing all ‘admin_menu’ references in plugins to ‘network_admin_menu’ did the trick.
Now my multisite enabled plugins have their links under the network manager buddypress menu.
Great article from @boonebgorges
Thanks!Just updated my site to 3.1 and 1.2.8. The only thing i can notice up to now is that i´ve lost the plugin config links that appeared under the buddypress menu tab. Any idea on how to fix this?
Thanks all.Hi @inakie, please let me knowif you found a solution to this. I´m interested too. Thanks
