If you are involved with the “other’ people sorry no offense intended. I didn’t name them becuse I’m sure they are a good fit for others and so I didn’t want to shit talk them. But They were really was not a good fit for me and the comaprison IMO between them the buddy gen people in terms of customer service is nite in day.
I thought should probably just do a quick update here on this thread. After-the-fact to realize the thread might make it look like I was suggesting that Ron and Andrea we’re a little lacking in the customer service and I couldn’t be further from the truth. I think it was just a little bit of bad timing and eagerness on my part to get things up and running ASAP.
Anyhow my problem has been resolved and it turns out that a big part of it was user error on my part. That’s way too often the case! LOL
Ron IMO went way above and beyond terms of the service and support he offered me over the weekend. Very helpful, very patient and very polite. If it was roles reverse I probably would’ve been a little snappier than Ron was with me !
Anyhow very good highly recommend their services to anyone who’s looking for premium theme. These guys are my second premium theme company and without naming names IMO these guys are considerably better to deal with than the first premium theme people I dealt with a few months ago. And I would add much more affordable.
Thanks ray but I keep getting a style sheet error. The instructions are too bear bones for me. Its not at all clear to me whats needs to be done. I mean I’m dealing with four thems. Gen, gen child, buddygen and then the buddygen child. Hoepfully the developers wiil respond on the froums and it wont be a one reply a day sitution.
Nope that didn’t do it! Anyhow thanks guys but I think im way in over my head so I guess i will jut wait until I can get a hold of the developers. Bummer tho cuz I thought it would be much easier.

Nope no bug other than the one with the widgets I told you about a while back. I was just asking because you had (if I recall) mentioned that you had a version with more options in the works.
Hey boon I tired your plugin again and Still not working for me. I think I will just give up this one for a while as it would the cosmos doesn’t want me using it just now.

Right now the theme is more important than the plugin so I will deactivate it. That being said who it gets sorted out so I can use the attachments in the forum.
I have installed the plugin twice now and both times when activated it prevents me from activating some of the pages from my nav window. FOr example if a click the activity tab/link I just get redirected to the front page.
