I also agree with you people and this is a very serious problem because no one can di his/her work until and unless this problem is not solved……so the management of the site must take some atep inorder to solve the problem….

well I think you must contact someone who is related to this job and ask from him/her about this question because the absence of submitt button is a serious maatter because no one can submitt anything untill there is no button of submitt…
