@MariusOoms Hi Mariusmooms, I would love nothing more than to demo a beta p2 group blog plugin, is this a possibility? @mrjarbenne Great – gratitude for sharing – so then very few group blogs actually have the p2 theme? I don’t see ones that do? the member blogs they are using p2 or they are using regular wordpress backend? Also curious on why intense debate being used, what are the advantages over typical threaded comments? Your answers are appreciated muchly!

  http://litcircuits.com. Although intense debate is active sitewide, the user blogs don’t necessarily adopt it (although I try to push it.) The groupblogs default to the p2 theme, with mixed success utilizing the Theme my Login plugin to force users back to the front end (away from the dashboard). Still working on theming. @r-a-y would be great to have it like facebook where the video / picture etc. is quite small int he activity stream, but when you want to check it out, you click it and it expands full width. That way doesn’t take up a lot of real estate unless you want to check it out.

@r-a-y curious what would happen if you had 8000 + people who had enabled digest. I guess this would completely slow down your site and create a lot of bandwidth expense? So this kind of plug-in should only be used on smaller installs, not super big ones I guess huh?

BP integrating with Simple Press, which already works with BP just doesn’t who up in the Activity stream is kind of a no brainer if you ask me.
