I am also missing the Create button and have tried all the tips and no go.

Checked everything from the loop, access levels, and a few other things. Spent too much time on this problem so as a last resort I manually inserted an old school html button pointed to the http://site.com/sites/create/ links inside the Loop. Recreated the missing create button.

I went to the 1.7 and that solved most my theme, bug, and other minor issues.
1.7 will also open up your THEME WORLD because it no longer requires BuddyPress specific themes. It can revive and use old as well as new themes that was NOT BP compatible before. Now works:)

I’ve found out what causes this. If you UPDATE a page using a template it’s assigned to, registration in BuddyPress breaks.

I can reproduce it every time on a fresh install.

Now the question is how do we do this and still be bale to use a template of choice with is without breaking it?

Mines also not updating anymore. I even disabled all plugins and nuttn.

Enter new date, click save and it resets.
