It seems someone has put some mischievous code on your site. There is nothing like “GoogleBuddydev” from us at BuddyDev.

From your screenshot, it seems you are using Youzer plugin and the text might be status update or activity. Please check.

Thanks, but that doesn’t look to have any reference to the URL string, and is a filter function. We are looking to change the URL string for {{{mentioned.url}}} for all email templates.

Your ‘activity’ renaming issue: Does that happen when you rename the pages corresponding to *other* components, eg groups or members? How about the weird redirect thing?

I would like to know how to remove the “in Category” links in all listings of my buddypress main blog. I have searched for the loop that shows them all over, and I can’t seem to find it.

PS: I am using all latest software (WP, BP) and the Default BP Theme.

  The WPMU dev premium plug works … but, as near as I can figure, not better than other methods I’m trying.
  
  Not sure how to get the discussion consolidated; that is, don’t know that a new group would get more going. (On my own site, I have email notification turned on; wish that were an option here — but will subscribe to RSS!)
