have you been try use BuddyPress Template Pack plugin. it will sync your buddypress site with your wordpress

I did so. and everything else works. I cannot just see the members, forums, groups, blogs in the right corner of the Header of the theme.

This #hashtag plugin seems work well in my wordpress-buddypress site.
How to Sync the #hashtag in wordpress and buddypress?
so, when people click the #hashtag link, it will shown the posting in wordpress(posts with the tag) + posting in buddypress.
Ughh, it will be awesome.

iThemes Builder can’t load the layout that i’ve been creates to the buddypress activity page. However, it does not add any additional styling which could make specific BuddyPress pages look nicer.
