Delete the plugin completely and re-download it. I made a change, should be fixed.

Does this plugin work with WP 3.1 / BP 1.2.8 / Multisite enabled? In my Network Admin Dashboard it´s not saving the options I choose! Can someone help!

I had the typical problem that forum creation brought an error message.

I downloaded the WordPress Zip and the Buddypress Zip and FTP´d them up to my DreamHost domain and the problem was solved. So it´s the 1-click install the problem.
