  Hi I figured out problem. When I set ‘page=2’ parameter in my query string to bp_has_groups it worked. So by default bp_has_groups was giving me latest groups on page1 so it was not matching since my intended groups were on page 2. Ahh i thought bp_has_groups gives all groups.

@dwenaus & @boonebgorges : same problem (any email are sent). A few plugins are activated on my Buddypress 1.2.8 (WP 3.1) : BP Group Documents, Custom Login, Restricted Site Access. No more email were send with just BP Group Documents activated 🙁 ?sum=1 doesn’t show any summary and WP’s administration emails (password, new member) are well sent.…

Thanks for the feedback @Dwenaus. I’d appreciate hearing from anyone using wp3.1 and bp1.2.8 that can confirm or not (on their install) the ability for regular users as Group Admins to send email to every group member.

Release 0.1.8.8 requires minimum WP 3.1 and BP 1.2.8 …does it work properly on your system with these versions installed?

@el_terko – Look for the following in the BP Rate Forum Posts plugin:

add_filter( 'bp_get_the_topic_post_content', 'rfp_filter_rating_link', 3 );

and change to:

add_filter( 'bp_get_the_topic_post_content', 'rfp_filter_rating_link' );

Because I started using WordPress from version 3.0, I do not know the process but WordPress fixes date_default_timezone_set to UTC since version 2.9 or so.
