@ericreynolds007 – After re-reading your post, I’ve found the root of your problem.
Rename buddypress-montclairvillagelive.mo to buddypress-en_US.mo.
Also make sure to upload buddypress-en_US.po as well.

Did you ever figure out how to display the avatars in the who’s online widget in the sidebar to show in a horizontal row rather than in a vertical format?
I’ve used the buddypress template pack and no matter what I do I can’t seem to get them to display properly. Any help would be truly appreciated.

@ericreynolds007, You just need to disable both link in admin area of a plugin and then using hooks built-in the plugin and the code for creating those links (see cd-avatar-bubble.php – get_the_personalinfo()) you can easily paste required links in appropriate places.

My suggestion is 1, 2, 3, 6 — make sure everything works using default theme — then 5, 4
@ericreynolds007 Very interesting. I don’t know in detail how wp-minify works, but off the top of my head I’m at a bit of a loss for why minified JS would affect the download of items. Maybe wp-minify decides what to compress based on mime-type and thinks that the uploaded files are js/css? I’ll have a look […]
