Well, I discovered that in re-installing the wordpress and activation the network option, I’d forgotten to edit the .httaccess page.

Okay, all of my pages like this are also not being found. All of my logged-in admin dashboard stuff works ideally…then when I go to the actual site, the links all go to a “ERROR 404 – PAGE NOT FOUND”
I am hosted on hostgator, and I am not sure I created the blog.dir correctly when I went multi-site.
