No, sorry. Currently only an informal version of the German langauge file is available, but if is demand for an formel version it cound be scheduled for BuddyPress 1.3.
The folder ‘trunk’ holds the lastest version that was edited (= buddypress developer version). ‘tags’ are snapshots (tags/1.2 = BP 1.2) and are not edited after tagging. If you using 1.2 stable please use tags/1.2 and if you using the lastest developer version you sould use the trunk version which is regularly updated.
I’m managing the German translation and site. Anyone who has improvements for the German translation should PM me with the suggestions. Thats currently the simplest way. For ‘de.buddypress.org’ I need a few days more to complete it.
Sorry, but the official german translation is on the way, we at buddypress.de have only waited for the implementation of load_textdomain, which enable to load the localization. Be patient!
Die deutsche offizielle Ãœbersetzung kommt, wir (buddypress.de) hatten nur noch darauf gewartet, dass BuddyPress die passende Funktion bekommmt, dass es Sprachdateien laden kann. Bitte noch etwas gedulden.
