@si you’ve added in a carriage return/line feed after the closing ?> or before it’s opening, anything that represents a character is interpreted as browser output. Ensure you have no whitespace after the closing php tags.

Perplexing? lots of back slapping 🙂 on that link announcement yet 1.2.4 does not work particularly well with 3.0 or particularly badly (to be fair) Why? not necessarily criticizing just rather bemused by BP development and testing.

remove the plugin completely then, actually I thought it was called bp-twire?

Tweatstream is an option but not necessarily better, it has a fatal showstopper bug that to my knowledge hasn’t been resolved so for a few of us is not an option as it simply does not work!

Yep trouble is projects can’t just halt waiting on something else, WP 3.0 from beta 1 has appeared remarkably stable and each subsequent release has too, stable enough to base development on I would have thought, but you have a point it is, I guess, safer to know ones developing to a final stable release.

Surely this comes back to the fact that 1.2.4.1 is not really that stable paired with WP 3.0? I realise that it’s meant to run with WP 3.0 but there do appear to be issues, which would make me wary of running the combo on a production site.

Should be fine, did you reactivate the plugin? rather than just refresh the page? All (2) files are in the same top level folder?

try adding the file extension on ‘bp-foursquare-classes.php’

@Gpo1 it’s just a simple path error, open bp-foursquare.php and change:
require_once ( ‘./bp-foursquare-classes’ );
To:

require_once ( ‘bp-foursquare-classes’ );

When you have it running give us all a brief ‘How To’ as it’s not apparent how to use or why, not really familiar with this App.
