@jamie771 what have you done to troubleshoot the issue so far? Have you tried changing to TWenty Twelve theme to check if issue is resolved? If issue remains, have you tried deactivating plugins batch by batch?

@jamie771 WP/BP versions? Theme used? Plugins used?

@jamie771 there’s a similar but not the same issue posted in another thread and the common factor seems to be Contact Form 7. To eliminate other possible issues, have you tried deactivatig plugins except BuddyPress and changing to Twenty Twelve theme to check if issue is resolved?
