  Unfortunately, with the new forum setup, there is no current way to move threads from one forum to another. I’m hoping this will be possible in the near future.

looks like it will be a few months before it’s finished, but a well needed component.
That & the @jeffsayre upcoming privacy plugin will go a long way towards education sites & many others.

  The Privacy Component is almost ready. I’m waiting for a few more bug fixes in BP before I release it. If the fixes are not made within the next week, I may release it as is with a few additional instructions.

@jeffsayre Just really quick — I intend to respond to you on the forums — I just have to get to it. :p Really great stuff though. Esp. the differentiation between identity and identifiers — in that light — I often wonder if email addresses are still the best in terms of identifiers — but that’s another topic —

@JeffSayre, maybe that can be handled somehow by BP? Add a hook that will deactivate all the BP plugins and then ask to reactivate them manually by admin?

Also, I suggest changing the subject of the topic, since it’s not relevant and people can get confused (I felt like that after reading it) 😐
