On Mike Pratt’s suggestion, I removed the deprecated bp-themes folder. This fixed the problem. Awesome!

My registration link is broken too. I’m using the latest versions of everything (WPMU), no active plugins except BuddyPress and WordPress.com Stats, no custom language, and the default theme. Any ideas?

I’ll look into it as soon as I can. If I’m not mistaken, the activity stats graphs need to be re-written too.

I haven’t had time to update the plugin (nor my community), but running BuddyPress 1.0.3 and WordPress MU 2.8.1, it shows up below the profile field settings in the BuddyPress secion of the menu.

Perhaps something has changed which breaks the plugin, causing it to not show up at all. If so, perhaps an URL like this will help: http://yourwebsite.tld/wp-admin/admin.php?page=buddypress_stats_wrap

I once wrote some code which adds a setting to the BuddyPress administration panel. It was probably the very first BuddyPress plugin I ever wrote and I should touch it up and put it in the repository. In the meantime, see it here:
