It would help if each of you would provide what theme and plugins you are using to help us help you because I have tested against twenty thirteen and fourteen and I can’t replicate your issue. @kansas3d there are instructions on the link I gave you and for more assistance with the plugin, you should ask the developer. Looks like what you need is in the PRO version at http://rimonhabib.com/buddypress-user-account-type-pro-has-been-released/ but link to the shop shows it’s under maintenance.
